Refund Policy

FaBoSo Estate & Housing (FEH) is committed to delivering professional, transparent, and customer-focused real estate services. This set of work policies outlines the principles, standards, and procedures guiding our engagement with clients to ensure mutual trust, satisfaction, and compliance with relevant laws.

• Refunds are applicable only if FEH is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons.
• No refunds once a sale or lease agreement has been executed, except as required by law.
• For training and event tickets, refunds are available up to 3 days before the scheduled date, minus applicable administrative fees.
