Property Reservation (House, Apartment, Land)

Deposit Type: Reservation Fee

Deposit Amount/Rate: 10% of property value or as agreed.

Reason for Deposit: Secures property and removes it from the open market.

Deposit Type: Stand/Participation Fee

Deposit Amount/Rate: 50% of the participation cost

Reason for Deposit: Reserves event space and covers initial logistics.

Deposit Type: Advisory Retainer

Deposit Amount/Rate: GH₵ 500 – GH₵ 2,000 (based on scope)

Reason for Deposit: Blocks professional time and resources for the client.

Deposit Type: Project Initiation Fee

Deposit Amount/Rate: 20% of total estimated cost

Reason for Deposit: Covers preliminary designs, site visits, and cost estimation.

Deposit Type: Processing Fee

Deposit Amount/Rate: GHS 1,000 – GHS 3,000 (varies by bank partner)

Reason for Deposit: Covers paperwork, liaison with financial institutions, and application support.

Deposit Type: Setup Fee

Deposit Amount/Rate: One month’s management fee

Reason for Deposit: Covers onboarding, tenant coordination, and initial property assessment.
